Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026.
• Degree in hospitality, business, culinary, food service or facilities management preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams using Aramark's coaching model.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Achieve client and company financial targets; manage P&L where applicable.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards across operations.
• Plan daily team briefings and supervise production, quality, and control.
