Job summary

Aramark is launching a Finance-focused Management Accelerator Program (MAP) designed to grow entry-level leaders. Participants rotate through Aramark’s Lines of Business—Food & Hospitality, Facilities, or Refreshments—on client sites across the United States, gaining hands-on financial experience and leadership mentorship.

The program emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting, with a clear path toward a Finance Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed prior to program start, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Graduating between December 2026 and August 2027; program start dates may vary.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, campus involvement, or prior work experience.
• Demonstrated interest in building a career in finance.
• Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly operational financial reports and assist in preparation of client facing financial reporting, including reconciliation of client invoices and statements, and any supporting documentation.
• Assist with preparation for annual budget.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports to monitor the performance areas such as labor, direct cost, revenue, expenses, and profit by area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with managers and directors to identify and drive key levers to improve margins.
• Train and motivate staff in financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with operations support as needed.
• Work with teams on budget, cost control, and forecasting.
• Assist in oversight of Accounts Payables and Account Receivables
• Assist in internal annual audits for sight locations.
