Elder Services of Berkshire County, Inc. is seeking a dependable Nutrition Support Professional to assist our Nutrition Program and ensure reliable meal services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

You’ll provide friendly phone and in-person support for consumers, staff, drivers, and community partners. Responsibilities include processing Home Delivered Meals enrollments, service changes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating daily meal route coverage, and responding to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 2 years in consumer services, food service, or related field.
• Experience with older adults or individuals with disabilities.
• Driver's license required; access to a personal vehicle.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional phone and office support to consumers, staff, drivers, and community partners.
• Process Home Delivered Meals enrollments, service changes, transfers, suspensions, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate consumer records, data entry, documentation, and program reports.
• Coordinate daily meal route coverage and communicate schedule changes with drivers and staff.
• Respond to emergency calls and consumer updates while following established protocols.
• Coordinate monthly menu distribution and assist with office systems, supplies, and process improvements.
• Provide backup and cross-coverage to keep program operations running smoothly.
