Job summary

HealthPartners is hiring a Nutrition Driver to join our Food & Nutrition team at Regions Hospital in Minnesota. This role involves loading, transporting, and delivering food using our vending machine services, ensuring cleanliness, and conducting vehicle maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Minnesota driver’s license and the ability to operate a van in various traffic conditions. A high school diploma is preferred. The position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

Regions Hospital is seeking a candidate with a positive and cheerful attitude to join our team in Food & Nutrition.

The Nutrition Driver position performs routine food service tasks related to vending services. The role will be responsible for the following job duties:

• Load, transport, deliver and distribute food to all onsite and offsite venues using our vending machine services.
• Prepare and package meals for vending services.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and all vending machines per departmental sanitation policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine delivery vehicle maintenance from oil changes, checking tire air pressure, checking gas levels, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

FTE

1.0; 40 hours per week

Work Schedule

Typically, 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday; Work schedule date and times may change due to business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid MN driver’s license
• Must be able to read, write, and follow directions in English
• Must be able to drive a van in a variety of traffic and weather conditions
• Must be able to follow a specified route schedule and read maps

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year previous driving related work history preferred

Salary Rate

$19.39/hour
