Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Certified Food Service Manager (CFSM) certification required.
• Previous healthcare or senior living dietary management experience.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, special diets, and dietary restrictions.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with menu planning software and computer applications.

Responsibilities
