Base pay range

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Monitor enteral nutrition patients, including inventory management and delivery processing
  • Maintain and renew enteral orders, ensuring authorization and timely communication with prescribers
  • Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate enteral pump needs and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and warehouse staff to manage inventory requirements
  • Participate in on-call ECOE rotation and adhere to legal and nutritional guidelines for patient confidentiality

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in public communication
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills alongside customer service abilities
  • Flexibility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Basic competency with Microsoft Office software and knowledge of medical terminology

  • Experience in enteral nutrition and coordinating deliveries
  • Familiarity with medical records and reimbursement processes
