Provide exceptional customer service to patients, family members, physicians, and nursing staff for a variety of meal service needs by adhering to Food and Nutrition Service Standards. Responsibilities include explaining menus and meals, providing basic diet instructions and modifications, giving advance notice of meal selections, and documenting alternative food preferences promptly. Nutrition Attendants aim to exceed customer expectations and may facilitate training of new employees and support ongoing departmental education initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and other shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in high-volume, direct customer interaction.
