1. Company Paid Health Care Plan available to Caregivers working at least 30 hours per month or an average of 7.5 hours of shifts per week. This health care plan is at NO COST to the Caregiver, as a benefit we offer. Upgrade options are available for better coverage.
2. Competitive pay per hour, including short shift pay and bonuses, with a total of up to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities: As a Companion-Homemaker with SYNERGY HomeCare of Bradenton, you will have opportunities to:

1. Provide wholehearted, life-energizing care to clients in their own homes, respecting their preferences and independence.
2. Offer Companionship and Light Housekeeping, including social engagement, meal planning and preparation, transportation, errands, and grocery shopping.
3. Assist with cleaning the client’s bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and other living spaces.
4. Perform personal assistant tasks such as pet care, watering houseplants, scheduling appointments, and organizing calendars.
