Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B food ingredient sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required; fields like Food Science, Chemistry, Marketing or Management preferred.
• Travel approximately 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and plant tours.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow direct accounts and prospects within the assigned territory.
• Set and achieve sales goals, including call activity, reporting and new account development.
• Lead day-to-day sales activities aligned with priorities and growth objectives.
• Drive category growth across beverage and dairy segments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• document regular sales calls in Salesforce.com and coordinate support.
