Job summary

Iowa Select Farms is seeking a Nutrients Field Representative for the Iowa Falls, IA area to ensure compliance with manure handling regulations and to support field teams with nutrient management data.

You will coordinate sampling, analyze soils and manures, and work with landowners, tenants, and applicators using GIS and data systems to maintain accurate field records and help maximize nutrient efficiency across sites.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, GIS, Biology, Agronomy, Management or related field, or significant experience in manure application.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sampling and delivery of soils, manure or any resource requiring analysis.
• Represent Iowa Select Farms with landowners, tenants, and applicators regarding crop and nutrient management.
• Review application events and maintain records in required formats; provide field reports to tenants/landowners.
• Develop rate and application guidelines for field staff and applicators.
