Nutrien is seeking a Precision Ag sales professional in Iowa to drive GPS and GIS solutions across our sales network. You will partner with area staff to promote the Nutrien Precision Ag Platform and showcase how advanced tools can improve yields and profitability.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and adoption of innovative technologies, with opportunities to expand services through digital tools, aerial imagery, and data management.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Precision Ag., Agribusiness or Ag mechanics preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Precision Ag or equivalent agricultural sales.
• Farm production background would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Sale and service of GPS and GIS systems partnering with area sales staff.
• Utilize communication skills to show benefits and technical aspects of precision ag tools.
• Must function as a team leader to work with sales staff and deliver promises.
• Service of the product lineup to develop a delivered as promised reputation.
• Promote and support the division's digital and online sales tools.
• Open to exploring diversification opportunities including aerial imagery, data management, etc.
• Promote strategy and adoption by sales team through meetings and presentations.
• Develop and coordinate sales strategies, grower events to promote interest.
• Work with Crop Consultants and General Managers to adopt innovation into regional strategy.
• Conduct training on software and hardware as necessary.
