Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer literacy; SAP experience is a plus.
• Mechanical/problem-solving skills preferred.
• GMP and food safety knowledge a plus.
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanized equipment safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Monitor operations via control room systems.
• Sample and test products for quality assurance.
• Load/unload trucks, railcars, and containers.
• Pack, inspect, and handle various packaging formats.
• Transfer product between tanks as needed.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of equipment.
• Handle chemicals safely and according to protocols.
