Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with Toddlers.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must clear full background check and health screening.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for Toddlers.
• Ensure the implementation of curricula activities and daily care of children.
• Actively engage in activities; manage cleanliness, order, and availability of classroom materials.
• Help ensure smooth daily transitions from home to the child care center.
• Follow all center policies and state regulations.
• Maintain personal professional development to ensure quality improvement.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assessments, students, families, staff and center information.
