Create a Safe and Nurturing Environment
Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Provide emotional support and a comforting presence for toddlers to feel secure and valued.
Plan and Implement Developmental Activities
Design and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans focused on cognitive, physical, and emotional development.
Use fun, interactive methods to promote curiosity and creativity in young learners.
Monitor and Assess Development
Observe toddlers regularly to track developmental milestones and behaviors.
Use informal assessments to identify growth areas and adapt instruction to meet individual needs.
Encourage Social and Emotional Growth

Engage Families and Foster Communication
