NORTHBRIDGE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER is seeking an experienced Toddler Teacher to support the growth and development of young children in a nurturing setting. You will encourage intellectual, psychological, and physical growth through engaging activities and supportive caregiving.

The ideal candidate is patient, creative, and passionate about early childhood education, with strong communication skills to update families on their child’s progress.

Qualifications

• Experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• First aid/CPR certified
• CDA Certificate
• Education in Early Childhood Education

Responsibilities

• Plan activities that are developmentally appropriate
• Design a daily and weekly schedule
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
