Job summary

The Goddard School - Brookfield/Danbury is seeking a floater to help maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment. The floater works with a Lead Teacher and collaborates with the whole faculty to support play, exploration, and development.

Responsibilities include interacting with children, communicating with parents and staff, and designing room layouts that meet developmental goals. Availability options include several half-day shifts across 3+ days weekly.
