Job summary

National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) in Chicago is seeking a Product Support Manager, CS (Nursys Manager) to lead the Consolidated Services team and drive service excellence for the Nursys program. You will supervise specialists, mentor staff, monitor SLAs, and use data to optimize operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely, accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
Experience using data analytics to improve processes.
Knowledge of databases and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Consolidated Services Nursys Specialists, managing priorities within SLA.
Use KPIs, monthly reporting, efficiency reviews and AI tools to boost performance.
Address Nursys.org helpdesk tickets and escalate data issues to the BA team.
Analyze data to identify gaps and propose improvements from NRB requests.
Maintain member agreements and ensure policy compliance.
Update Nursys webpages, training content, and policy materials.
Oversee NRB compliance audits, including registrations and ongoing steps.
Monitor discipline reporting and ensure NRBs stay current.
Coordinate UAT testing for enhancements and communicate changes to NRBs.
Track system defects, test resolutions and provide workarounds.
Lead Nursys Education Sessions and develop training content.
