Job summary

The role requires nursing leadership experience, WA RN licensing, and CPR. A BSN is preferred, with a focus on quality, safety, and performance improvement in a large health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with WA RN license.
• Two years' experience in the same or similar clinical specialty.
• One year charge nurse or equivalent experience.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
• Preferred BSN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate clinical operations to ensure safe, timely, cost-effective patient care.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate staff performance and development.
• Lead initiatives for quality and performance improvement.
• Communicate with Manager/Director and collaborate with other departments.
