Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree preferred; or an Associate degree with a teaching credential or relevant teaching experience in California.
• Current CA license as an RN or LVN is not applicable to this role.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret materials and communicate effectively with students and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lessons and course materials aligned with curriculum and accreditation requirements.
• Delivers instruction using varied teaching methods to support diverse learning styles.
• Maintains a positive, inclusive classroom environment and fosters student engagement and success.
• Provides academic advising, tutoring, and office hours to assist students with material and career development.
• Participates in student affairs activities to support engagement and success.
• Assesses learning outcomes and contributes to program improvement through data analysis.
