Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field; valid nursing licensure in Idaho (RN).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret materials related to area of expertise.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Evidence of nursing practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and delivers curriculum aligned with program goals and accreditation.
• Provides student support through advising, tutoring, and office hours.
• Regularly assesses student learning outcomes and contributes to program improvement.
• Collaborates with colleagues across departments and mentors new faculty.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and reporting requirements.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by program leadership.
