• Maintains regular communication with students regarding progress and performance.
• Regularly assesses student learning outcomes and contributes to program improvements.
• Participates in department meetings and faculty development activities.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and documentation in systems.
• Fulfills additional duties as assigned by leadership.
