- 2 years of demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.
- 1 year of staffing or related experience in a clinical setting or home services (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Infusion Pharmacy clinical staff schedules and triage incoming calls to the pharmacy queue.
- Schedule visits in an electronic scheduling system and ensure staff assignments maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity.
- Coordinate and assign daily schedules for clinical staff, confirm upcoming visits with patients, and provide staffing information to Access teams and clinical supervisors/managers.
