Job summary

Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking an Infusion Pharmacy staffing coordinator to efficiently manage clinical staff schedules, triage calls to the pharmacy queue, and schedule visits in the electronic system to maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity.

You will coordinate daily staff schedules, confirm upcoming visits with patients, and provide staffing information to Access teams and clinical supervisors/managers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.
• Associate's degree preferred; 1 year of staffing or related clinical/home services experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Infusion Pharmacy clinical staff schedules for efficiency and continuity.
• Triaging incoming calls to the pharmacy queue and scheduling visits in the electronic system.
• Ensure staff assignments maximize clinical productivity and continuity of care.
• Coordinate and assign daily schedules, confirm upcoming visits with patients.
• Provide staffing information to Access teams and clinical supervisors/managers.
