Job summary

Providence Home Services Oregon is looking for a scheduling coordinator for infusion pharmacy staff. This role handles triage calls, schedules visits in our electronic system, and assigns daily staffing to maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity.

You will confirm visits with patients and provide staffing information to Access teams and clinical supervisors, contributing to a patient-centered care culture on-site in Portland, Oregon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Preferred associates degree and 1 year in staffing or clinical/home services.

Accountable for the efficient coordination of the Infusion Pharmacy clinical staff schedules. Scope of work includes triaging incoming calls to the pharmacy queue; scheduling visits in an electronic scheduling system; ensuring staff assignments maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity. Also responsible for coordinating and assigning daily schedules for clinical staff, confirming upcoming visits with patients and providing Access teams and the clinical supervisors/managers with staffing information.

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate's Degree
• 1 year of recent experience in staffing or related experience in a clinical setting or home services.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
