Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Nursing Unit Secretary (P2C) at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. The role provides essential administrative support to the nursing team, patients, and families on a 32-hour work week, day shift, on-site only.

Eligible candidates may receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus; full- or part-time opportunities exist. Minimum KSAs include a HS diploma, BLS may be required, and hospital experience is preferred.

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current BLS certification preferred or may be required based on location.
• Experience: One year of hospital or health care setting preferred.

Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

The pay range for this position is $19.10to $22.53 per hour.
