Job summary

PACS seeks a Nursing Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department in a post-acute facility.

Responsibilities include policy development, QA activities, resident assessments and care planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising nursing staff. BSN preferred; active state license with ongoing CEUs required; 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current licensure by State Board of Nursing with ongoing CEU requirements.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning and directing daily nursing operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures governing nursing services.
• Oversee assessments, care plans, and nursing documentation for residents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Supervise nursing staff and assist with budgeting and scheduling.
