Job summary

Euclid Beach Nursing and Rehabilitation in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced full-time Unit Manager to lead nursing services on the assigned unit, oversee staffing, and ensure quality resident care with strong collaboration across shifts.

The role requires two years of supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing/LTC facility and an active Ohio RN or LPN license; we offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, PTO and flexible schedules, with a commitment to equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing/LTC care facility.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents on the assigned unit.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations and facility policies and procedures.
• Evaluates complaints and grievances made or filed by staff. Makes appropriate reports to the Director of Nursing as necessary.
• Ensures adequate medical supplies (medication, equipment, etc.) are maintained within the unit at all times to adequately meet the needs of residents.
• Assists in the development of written assessments of the nursing needs of each resident.
• Assigns nurses and aides appropriately.
• Reviews nurses’ notes to ensure they provide a complete assessment of the nursing care being provided, reflect the resident’s response to the care, and that such care is provided in accordance with the resident’s wishes.]
