Candidates must possess a current nursing license in Massachusetts and have supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in healthcare required.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote optimal functioning.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting.
• Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff on the unit.
