The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a dedicated Unit Manager to lead nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensure resident-centered care. This is a full-time, days position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications include MA nursing license (LPN or RN), BLS CPR, and a nursing degree preferred, with a minimum of five years nursing experience and two years supervisory leadership in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Current MA nursing license (LPN or RN) in good standing.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience; 2+ years supervisory in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations on assigned unit and ensure resident-centered care.
• Coordinate resident care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate with follow-up to leadership.
• Participate in facility committees and programs per Director of Nursing.
• Assist in development and evaluation of policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to unit staff.
• Monitor care plan compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

Join our team at The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Unit Manager.

Full-time, days (Monday - Friday, 9:00AM- 5:00PM)

Range: $93,600.00 - 104,000.00 annually

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Unit Manager oversees nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensures residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care.

Responsibilities for Unit Manager:

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest possible level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting, with appropriate follow-up and communication to the Administrator and the Director of Nursing.
• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures based on identified clinical and operational needs.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff on the unit.
• Monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for Unit Manager:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required.
