Responsibilities

• Ensure assignments based on patient care needs and staff competencies.
• Assist with admissions and discharges for efficient throughput.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork and better outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Support nursing strategies like rounding and bedside shift reports.
• Provide recommendations on interviewing, training, and performance actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Oversee inventory control and supplies management.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and escalate issues promptly.
