McLaren is seeking a Nursing Unit Director to oversee daily operations, lead the nursing staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory readiness. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction, while promoting professional development and high-quality care across the unit.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN or BS, Michigan RN licensure, and a proven leadership track record; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• BLS certification as Healthcare Provider.
• Demonstrated management potential or middle management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily unit operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead and develop staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Plan staff development, orientation, and continuing education.
• Schedule unit conferences and meetings for staff.
• Monitor patient, staff, and physician satisfaction and feedback.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and compliance programs.
• Delegate and supervise patient care activities.
• Assist with capital needs planning and operating budgets.
• Perform HR activities: interviewing, scheduling, coaching, evaluating.
