Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• National certification in a clinical or leadership specialty within two years of hire.
• Associates Degree required; BSN preferred or in progress.
• Must enroll in BSN within 6 months of hire and complete BSN within three years.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with ADN or 3 years with BSN or higher.
• Professional organization membership desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care activities and monitors quality of care on assigned unit.
• Lead nursing staff and participate in daily operations and rounds.
• Support budgeting, including capital and operating budgets, for units under leadership.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance with hospital policies and standards.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff; collaborate with Nurse Managers and educators.
• Engage with physicians and staff to maintain effective communication and teamwork.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs and productivity targets.
