You will perform clerical tasks, manage communication, and assist with non-clinical duties to help deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of computer systems and basic software.

Responsabilités

• Interview patients or representatives to obtain registration and billing details.
• Provide general clerical and clinical support to the patient care team.
• Communicate with nurses, physicians, and other staff in a concise, professional manner.
• Register patients and assemble/disassemble charts promptly.
• Follow downtime procedures and maintain open communication with the care team.
