Job summary

Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage is seeking a Part-time Timekeeper/Staff Scheduler to centralize timekeeping, edit payroll records, and manage nursing unit schedules with PTO and extra shifts in compliance with labor laws.

You will support Staffing Specialists, generate daily and monthly staffing reports, and assist in Kronos reporting to nursing leadership. The role offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with Providence benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Informatics, HR or related field or 1–2 years related experience.
• 1 year experience using a complex automated time and attendance system.
• 1 year experience in a related field.
• 1 year of experience as a Timekeeper or Nursing Staff Scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Centralized timekeeping for nursing units and approval of timecards.
• Maintain nursing unit monthly staff schedules including PTO and extra shifts.
• Provide Kronos reports for nursing leadership as requested.
