Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing, Education, or Administration.
• Must meet California BRN faculty requirements and BRN approval.

Responsibilities

• Teach theory and/or clinical nursing courses.
• Integrate Watson's Theory of Caring, QSEN competencies, and the Nursing Process.
• Demonstrate clinical skills and provide learning experiences that support student achievement.
• Advise and mentor students regarding academic and clinical progress.
• Develop, review, and revise course syllabi and curriculum.
• Participate in program evaluation and accreditation activities.
