Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group seeks a Nursing Technician Plus 3 to support the Registered Nurse by observing and documenting patient conditions and assisting with daily tasks under close supervision.

Responsibilities include helping with daily living activities, mobility, admissions/discharges, and maintaining a safe, clean unit aligned with safety goals. Requires a High School Diploma, 6 months of related experience, and BLS/ Nurse Aide certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Requires 6 months of related experience.
• BLS (CPR) from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider; Nurse Aide Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse by observing and documenting patient conditions.
• Support patients with daily living tasks and progressive mobility.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients as needed per plan of care.
• Maintain safety by ensuring armbands, signage, and environments meet safety goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
