Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in a nursing support role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supports patients with daily living tasks, including meals, personal care, and progressive mobility to assist recovery.
• Assesses patients' nutrition, hydration, and elimination to anticipate needs.
• Admits, transfers, and discharges patients per plan of care.
• Assists with patient elimination needs including ostomy care, enemas, and condom catheters.
• Maintains unit inventories and keeps environment clean and safe per NPAS goals.
• Checks fall risk armbands, socks, and signage for patient safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
