Lexington Health is seeking a Nurse Tech to join the day shift team. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, supporting nutrition, transport, hygiene, mobility, and data collection to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, preparing rooms, documenting care, and supporting discharge planning. A High School diploma and 1 year of nurse tech experience are required; BLS must be obtained within 90 days

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year of experience as a nurse tech
• Required Certifications/Licensure: BLS within 90 days of hire

Responsabilités

• Participates in interventions related to the patient plan of care.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the nurse.
• Provides safety measures and a comfortable environment of care.
• Assists with activities of daily living and discharge/transfer preparation.
