Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Northwest Hospital is seeking a Nursing Technician for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will assist the RN team with patient care, telemetry monitoring, and recovery in a busy clinical setting.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and adherence to unit policies. CNA licensure is essential, with less than one year of experience preferred; BLS CPR is required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

The Progressive Care Unit is a cornerstone of acute patient care, managing 35+ patients with diverse needs including telemetry monitoring, complex cardiac procedures, and medical-surgical recovery.

Job Summary:

Functions under the supervision of the RN in a cooperative effort with the health care team to assist in providing a variety of patient care related duties. Maintains the standards of nursing care for all patients and implements the policies and procedures of the unit, Hospital and Nursing Department.

Essential:

• Certified Nursing Assistant I License
• Certified Nursing Assistant II License

Experience:

Less than one year experience

Basic computer skills; Synquest; Medical terminology; Hoyer lift; Communication devices; Specialty beds; Automatic B/P cuff; GNA / CNA Licensure; BLS CPR card from AHA.

Pay Range:

$20.00 to $27.29 Based On Experience
