Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of PHS Non-Licensed Assistive Personnel course.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• One to three years of related clinical aide experience preferred.
• Formal medical technician or military training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients and record vital signs in the chart.
• Perform phlebotomy, wound care, and bedside testing.
• Assist with sterile procedures under a licensed nurse or physician.
• Transport patients and document actions in the patient record.
• Stock supplies and maintain unit cleanliness.
