Qualifications

• Associate Degree in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work of up to five employees for an assigned shift; reports to the manager/supervisor and assigns work to ensure maximum production and efficiency.
• Provides for and promotes inter- and intradepartmental communication.
• Promotes positive responses to job demands and changes to enhance patient care and FMC's mission.
• Performs performance QA.
• Participates in interviewing new employee candidates.
• Enforces all FMC policies & procedures.
• Informs Manager/Assistant Manager of concerns/problems.
• Counsels employee issues.
