Job summary

Fairfield Medical Center is seeking a Team Leader IV to supervise up to five or more employees on an assigned shift and to plan and assign work for maximum efficiency in patient care and FMC’s mission.

The role requires an Associate Degree in nursing, Ohio nursing license, and preferred Bachelor’s degree with specialty certification. You will participate in interviews, enforce policies, and guide staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and active Ohio RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Eligibility to practice nursing in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Supervises work of up to five or more employees on an assigned shift.
• Plans and assigns work to ensure maximum production and efficiency.
• Promotes inter- and intradepartmental communication.
• Performs performance QA.
• Participates in interviewing new employee candidates.
• Enforces all FMC policies & procedures.
• Informs Manager/Assistant Manager of concerns/problems.
• Counsels employee issues.
