Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates inter- and intradepartmental communication.
• Maintains organizational and time management to enhance patient care and the Center's mission.
• Performs performance QA.
• Participates in interviewing new employee candidates.
• Enforces all FMC policies & procedures.
• Informs Manager/Assistant Manager of any concerns/problems.
• Counsels employee issues.
