Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1-3 years in a healthcare facility.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Proficient with health IT/software.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing staff to deliver safe, efficient and therapeutic care for each shift.
• Coordinate with leadership when addressing non-compliant matters.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee nursing process including assessment, care planning, intervention and documentation.
• Conduct admissions assessments and new staff education as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust FTEs with staffing coordinator.
