Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to oversee assigned nursing personnel, provide and supervise nursing care, and ensure standards under the Chief Nursing Officer.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license is required.
• Two or more years of RN experience.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification or completion within 6 months of employment required.
• CRRN required after eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel as resource and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care and align with hospital philosophy and objectives.
• Maintain standards of patient care and coordinate with others under the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret lab and telemetry data and ensure accurate transcriptions.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and educate patients/families.
