Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for full-time night shifts on a 12-hour schedule. The role leads nursing staff, ensures high-quality patient care, and works under the Chief Nursing Officer to uphold hospital standards.

Candidates should have an RN license, 2+ years as an RN, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and CRRN eligibility. A clinical ladder and growth opportunities accompany competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License required.
• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Certified BLS required.
• ACLS or completion in first 6 months of employment required.
• CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
• Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of CNO.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Position: Nursing Supervisor (RN)

Location: 92 Brick Road, Marlton, NJ 08053

Schedule: Full-Time Night / 12 hour shifts (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts) (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: $48.11 - $63.00 hourly (Based on Experience) + $3 night & $3 weekend Shift Differential

Minimum Requirements

• Valid State RN License required
• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.
