Job summary

National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor at Mansfield Center for Health & Rehabilitation to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and adherence to nursing policies and regulatory standards, while mentoring staff and promoting compassionate, high-quality care in a long-term care setting, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
