Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the IR unit at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. This full-time, on-site role leads nursing teams and partners with physicians to advance patient care quality and experience.

You will support the Department Director, foster collaboration, and help achieve operational and clinical excellence across units. California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days are required, with a minimum of two years experience.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required.
• Current BLS (CPR) required through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS required.
• PALS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Director in providing overall leadership and direction for the units or areas of responsibility.
• Create an environment that fosters collaboration among the team to achieve operational and clinical excellence.
• Work with physicians to develop methods for improving the quality of care; collaborate with department leadership to meet quality, fiscal and patient experience goals.
