Job summary

Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA is seeking a RN Supervisor for day shifts. The role provides leadership for units, working with the Department Director to achieve operational and clinical excellence.

The Nursing Supervisor collaborates with physicians and department leadership to improve the quality of care and meet quality, fiscal and patient experience goals. CA RN license, ACLS, BLS and PALS within 90 days are required, with two years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required.
• Current BLS (CPR) required through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS required.
• PALS required within 90 days of hire date.
• Two years experience required.

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Department Director in providing overall leadership and direction for the units or areas of responsibility, and for creating an environment that fosters collaboration among the team to achieve operational and clinical excellence. This will be achieved through the following activities: Works collaboratively with physicians to develop methods for improving the quality of care; works collaboratively with department leadership to achieve quality, fiscal and patient experience goals and expectations.
