Banner Rehabilitation Hospital - Tucson is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for full-time day shifts. The role supervises nursing staff, oversees patient care, and ensures adherence to hospital philosophy and standards under the Chief Nursing Officer guidance.

Responsibilities include timely documentation in EPIC, interpreting labs and telemetry, accurate transcription of orders, and driving quality improvement. Two years of RN experience and管理 experience preferred.

• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within first 6 months.

You will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant. Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.

• Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• CRRN preferred
